Chris Brown has been the elected Sheriff of Cleburne County, Arkansas, since January 2017. With over 15 years of experience in law enforcement, Chris has distinguished himself as a certified police firearms instructor for 9 years. He currently serves as a Staff Instructor with Modern Samurai Project and holds instructor certifications in various disciplines. Chris passionately imparts his expertise, conducting classes for both law enforcement professionals and civilians, catering to diverse skill levels from beginners to advanced shooters.

 

Chris's dedication to excellence in firearms training is evident through his accomplishments, including earning the esteemed Modern Samurai Project Black Belt Patch #21 in 2022 and receiving Glock's rare Speed & Accuracy Professional Training coin for exemplary performance with an MOS pistol.

Beyond his law enforcement career, Sheriff Brown is widely recognized for his unwavering support of the Second Amendment. Embracing the belief in the God-given natural right of all individuals to responsibly own and carry firearms, he has emerged as a staunch opponent of "Red Flag" laws and a dedicated advocate for pro-gun legislation and state sovereignty.

 

In his personal life, Chris cherishes his 15-year marriage to his wife, Ali, and together, they raise four wonderful daughters who share his passion for guns, shooting, and horse riding. His favorite quote from Aristotle, "We are what we repeatedly do.
